2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book our tours, courses and services, or provide verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. Eligibility for Scuba Tours: You must be an open water certified diver and possess proof of a logged dive within the prior six (6) months of booking your tour. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Booking and Payment

Reservations: To book a dive or snorkel tour, or enroll in a NAUI or specialty course, you must provide accurate personal information and complete the required payment at the time of booking.

Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers, and Trident Divers does not store any payment information.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific tour or service. Please refer to your booking confirmation for cancellation deadlines and conditions. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy.
4. Health and Safety Requirements​

Participant Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and in good health to participate in any diving or snorkeling activity. You must inform us of any medical conditions or limitations prior to your tour.

Safety Guidelines: You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by your guide or instructor and to use equipment responsibly. Failure to adhere to safety rules may result in termination of your participation without refund.
5. Liability Waiver
All participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form prior to their tour. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in diving and snorkeling activities and agree to release Trident Divers, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from participation.
